Repossession, weather voluntary or not, still leaves you liable for the note you signed. In other words, if you give the car back, you still have to pay for it, you just have nothing to show! A better idea would be to go on www.kbb.com (kelly blue book) and check what the private sell value is on the vehicle. Then, compare that with the local dealers and classified ads in the paper to get a fair price and sell it! Fast! Remember thought, in order to give the buyer the title, you're going to have to make up the difference in the note. For example, kbb says your car is worth 14.000 but you owe 16,500, you're going to have to come up with an extra 2,500 dollars for the lender in order to get the title. Beg, borrow or (not) steal, lol the money from a local lender or credit union and while your at it, get a few extra dollars to buy yourself a cheap cheap car (200-1000) bucks and that way you have a payed for vehicle, out of that money-pit, pay off your note, and save up mo1ney so you can buy a much better vehicle, in cash! I hope I've helped, if not, smack me
you get a bad record on your credit
Your best bet is to place an ad and sell the car. That, or sell it back to the dealership.
after approved financing and signed contract, have had car 8 days, can a dealership take car back?
yes because you don't have to pay for the car. But if the dealership does not want to buy it you can't sell it to them
If the car dealership has lost the paperwork, they are responsible for finding it. You may be able to get out of the deal if you wish to at this point since they were totally irresponsible.
find out another dealer who can finance your car.
If you give the car back to the car dealership before your lease has expired, then the lease is over. You stop paying the monthly payments. This is very common in people who want a low monthly payment, thus they get a long car lease and then end up trading back in the car for a new car before the lease has expired.
nothing happens to them, it;s perfectly legal for them to sell a car to anyone of legal age.
as seller
anybody care ? nO !
Im having car problems I just have days that I took it out from the dealership can I take it back and take another car out?
A situation something like that (except that it's not a "dealership", it's a garage) happens in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", so that's my guess at the movie you're looking for.
