Same as any other car on the road. Break the jam nut loose, take off the nut and separate the tie rod from the hub.
It could be a worn stud or worn nut. If it's really bad, you may need to install a new stud. If a new nut doesn't fit tight, you could try putting a jam nut on top of the rocker nut.
Assuming yours has a double jam nut, inner nut gets torqued to 350 ft/lbs, backed off, and torqued to 50 ft/lbs. The outer nut is torqued to 250 ft./lbs.
