the load increases fuel consumption. you're car is probably out of gas. if its still losing power after refueling, try driving very closely behind semi-trucks. this will increase aerodynamics and thus power.

A Power window relay for a Honda Civic LX are located on the under side of the engine compartment fuse box. Located above the large square relay on the fuse box.

Either the battery has a dead cell which is draing the battery if it sits very long, or something is on and draining it. Something like a glove box, under hood, trunk, or dome light. If this battery is the OEM battery I would suspect you need a new one as it is 6 years old.
The AUX jack can vary but it is usually next to a power point. Most cars have two power points, one under the stereo or in the center console.
The fuse C914 is for the power window relay. It is located in the fuse box under the driver's dashboard.
Assuming you are losing engine coolant, if you don't see any spots on the ground under the vehicle when parked, you probably have a bad head gasket and/or a cracked head.
