i own a 2002 f150 and it has 196,000 miles and still runs great.
Over 150,000 miles is considered high mileage on any vehicle. That does not necessarily mean there is something wrong with it.
High mileage is almost always considered anything over 100,000 miles for a 2003 model.
Average mileage per year is 10-14,000 on a vehicle, so more than this would be high mileage.
30000 miles
around 8000 clicks
75000+
depends on the bike about 60000km
30k miles
Over 200,000 miles

Yes, they make performance chips for a F150. They will add performance and increase you gas mileage to get the most out of your engine.
if its under 200,000 that is good, but if its anywhere over 250,000 then its high
sounds to me like it has a bad vacuum leak, check around the intake for hissing sounds
