It's been a while since the last time i worked on one of these, but I'm pretty sure it was either 7 or 8 qts oil with filter change. This is a very expensive oil change. You must use 5w40 synthetic oil meeting vw specs such as valvoline 5w40synpower mst. and the filter itself runs between 15-30 on average.
