Where is the PCV valve on a 1996 Ford Thunderbird 4.6?

The PCV Valve itself is on the right bank valve cover (passenger side), directly underneath the air intake plenum. The plenum will need to be removed for access. The plenum looks like what? Any description or diagram would be helpful. It is a black rubber air pipe approx. 3-1/2 diameter. It runs from the air filter box to the throttle body. It is secured by simple hose clamps and can be removed easily with a flat head screw driver.

How do you find the AIT on a 2004 Chrysler sebring lxi 2.7 liter?

On the 2.7 litre engine, the intake air temperature sensor is located in the plastic air plenum that runs from the air filter box to throttle body just right of the throttle body. It is inserted at the top of the air plenum and when pulled out of the plenum, looks like a small electronic resistor(thermistor)It changes resistance when its temperature changes.

What is the price difference between plenum grade and general purpose cable?

Where is the location of the PCV on a 1988 Crown Vic 302 EFI?

This is kinda confusing so I will try to make it as un-confusing as possible. As you look at the engine the PCVValve is centered (left to right) all the way on the back side of the intake manifold (right up against the firewall). If you have REALLY small hands and arms you MIGHT be able to get it, but most likely you will have to remove the intake plenum from the top of your engine. There is a vacuum line that runs from the bottom of your intake plenum to the PCV Valve, so as you take the plenum off, it may pull the valve out with it. hope this helps, and let me know if you need more detailed tips.

Where is the PCV valve located on a 1992 Chev Cavalier Z24 31L?

The PCV valve is located on the back valve cover by the firewall, you will need to remove the strut brace to get at it. The hose runs from the valve to the rear of the intake plenum and it is very stiff, follow it down to the valve cover and pull straight up. It is very difficult to remove due to the lack of room and the fact that the hose is not flexible. if the hose is stiff replace it that's is from the motor runing at 220 degrees all the hoses go bad quick when they run that hot

Where is the PCV valve on 1994 V6 Toyota 4Runner?

I think its on the passside of the engine towards the rear. Its kind of a thick hose located where all the other little hoses are. The pcv hose runs into the side of the intake manifold. All these V6s (engine called a 3VZ) have the PCV in the passenger side valve cover. It can't be seen easily as it's under the intake plenum.

Where is the IAT or air intake sensor on a 2001 Chrysler Sebring convertible?

i have the same question on my 2000 jxi convertible. I think it is located on the throttle body right before the intake tubeing itself. On the 2001 2.7 litre engine, the intake air temperature sensor is located in the plastic air plenum that runs from the air filter box to throttle body just right of the throttle body. It is inserted at the top of the air plenum and when pulled out of the plenum, looks like a small electronic resistor(thermistor)It changes resistance when its temperature changes. The 2000 jxi may be different since it has a different engine.
