Bank one sensor two refers to the oxygen sensor. The bank one sensor two oxygen sensor is on the front side of the engine, after the catalytic converter.
The exhaust system has two banks. Each bank has two oxygen sensors. Bank one is on the driver's side. Oxygen sensor 1 is between the exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter. Oxygen sensor 2 is behind the converter.
On a ford e350, the bank two sensor two is on the drivers side. The sensor is the one behind the catalytic converter.
If it has a bank two, It would be on the passenger side. I have a 1994 K2500, it only has one oxygen sensor.

There is no sensor three on this car. Sensor one is pre catalyst, sensor two is post catalyst.
