The cheapest website to by a replacement cartridge is EBay in my opinion. They are very cheap with a lot of things that they sell. I always use EBay to purchase things.
I would try ebay first and comparison shop. Then I would check out realtruck.com which is a research site on everything that deals with trucks and its accessories. In my opinion I think you could get a good deal on ebay.
My state has a car auction on a dailybasis. But in my opinion you cant beat the auctions you find on Ebay.
EBay has them real cheap right now also. Gamestop has them for 29.99 Pre owned that's pretty good In my opinion.
Placing an advertisement on eBay is easy and you just have to make sure to include all of the information that you would want the buyer to know. You should ask for whatever you think that it is worth. Maybe ask a friend or family for their opinion on it as well.

Well eBay it's self doesn't really sale all that much its the users on the site who do the selling and with a user base as large as they have you are bound to come across stuff that is 'useless'. Although its really a mater of opinion. What you find to be useless might be just what I was looking to buy.
eBay is very user friendly and easy to use. In my opinion, the "user friendliness" increases when you use Paypal, which allows for easy payments for your buyers and easy depositing into your checking account. It is also much easier when you set up your checking account with eBay so listing fees can be paid automatically.
The best place to look, in my opinion is online. With websites like amazon or eBay it is way more affordable to look upon these websites than in stores.
It really depends. In my opinion, it doesn't sound reliable, but don't take my word for it. Go on eBay and amazon and find reviews of Yokohama tires and see what you get.
The best of anything is subjective since it is an opinion. Hobby Lobby, Micheals, and online retailers such as Amazon, Overstock, and eBay all offer a variety of scrapbooking supplies.
