A tire may shudder at low speeds due to uneven wear, which can create imbalances in the tire's surface. Additionally, issues such as improper tire pressure, misalignment, or damaged suspension components can contribute to this phenomenon. Another possibility is a buildup of debris or foreign objects stuck in the tread. Addressing these issues promptly is important for safety and performance.
