Other than that, for any police records of the accident you would have to know what geographical area of the city the accident occurred in and go to that local precinct and ask. If the accident was investigated by the CPD a copy of the report(s) MAY be on file in their central records bureau, but you would have to pretty much know specifically what it is you are looking for - preferably by date of occurrence.
