The best bet is call a parts store and ask them if they show/stock a replacement part, or parts. I have seen them located in the main fuse block housing ( electrical bosch style)under the hood and also I have seen unit's that are threaded in the bottom of the radiator.

The main relay for a 1993 Subaru Impreza is typically located in the engine compartment or under the dashboard, often near the fuse box. This relay is responsible for supplying power to the fuel system and ignition components. If experiencing starting issues, checking the relay is a good troubleshooting step, as a faulty relay can prevent the engine from running. Always refer to the vehicle’s service manual for specific location and replacement instructions.
In the main fuse box under the hood. Should say something like H/L Relay on the fuse diagram (inside the lid).

The main relay is beside the fuse box, towards passenger side and front towards the radiator: if you face the car it is left of the fuse box and the closest relay to you....The fuel pump relay is next in line behind it...Both 30A
Follow the main radiator hose located by the overflow tank. It should be where this hose attaches to the engine.
The fuel pump relay lives in the drivers side foot well, above the fuse box you'll 2 relays 1square one (main relay) and one round one (fuel pump) Good luck
The main relay and the fuel pump relay are the same. Take the fuel pump relay and swap it with the main relay and see if that will help you....
It is in the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module), it holds relays for many of the main functions of the engine. Its location is on the same bracket as the radiator over flow tank, it has about 20-30 wires going to it, you cant miss it.
The main relay can be removed by removing the three main wires. The relay is secure with four retaining screws. Remove the retaining screws.
