It's located on the drivers door hinge post
On a 1957 Ford 500, the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) can typically be found on the driver's side door post, near the latch. It may also be located on the dashboard, visible through the windshield, or on the frame of the vehicle. Additionally, the VIN can sometimes be found on the engine block or other components. Always check multiple locations if the VIN is not immediately visible.
