Should be mounted to the underside of the throttle body assembly. Will have two coolant lines running into it. Its like 3-4 parts all combined. Will run 250-400 dollars for the part. You can try a used one, but if it has over 100K on it. It will also be ready to fail if not failed already. Inside are poly gears that dry out and become brittle with age and all the heat cycling over the years. Depending on how it breaks determines whether or not you can maintain an idle. Even the used ones on Ebay are overpriced in my opinion since there is usually no warranty on them. If you do go used route do not pay more than 20-25 dollars for the unit. That way if it is bad or fails soon after you are not out too much money. Units from 94-98 Galants are supposed to interchange. Easier to find than Expos.
