Like most cars. The heater control valve is located inside the closed compartment with the heater core and the and the AC condenser. It is a door flap that seperates the heated air from the outside air, or the AC air.
AC and heater are 2 different systems. The heater works by channeling fluid from your radiator to a heater core usually located under your dash. Heater may not work due to blockage in the line from the radiator or the heater core under your dash may be faulty.
If you are looking for what is called the a/c and heater programmer its located on the passengers side behind the glove box.........
It'll have an HVAC compartment which contains the heater core, blower fan, and AC evaporator. It'll be located (or partially located) under the dash next to the passenger door AC vent.
The heater core is located in the dash ,or should I say in the heater /ac plenum if you chase out the heater hoses from under the hood you'll get a general idea where it is located.
Located at the evaporator inlet which is under the dash in the heater/AC housing.
under the glove compartment I was told!
Under the dash in the heater?AC housing.
Any of the following.................. 1. A bad a/c heater programmer. 2. A vacuum leak. 3. A bad a/c heater controller. 4. A bad interior door actuator
The heater core and AC system aren't connected.. the only component of the AC system located near the heater core is the evaporator.. so long as you don't try, say, prying out the heater core carelessly, there's nothing it should do to the AC system.
Why does your ac and heater fan turn off and on
Inside the heater/ac unit close to the main unit.
