on the passenger side under the hood. you will see a black box towards the top of the firewall. (you may have to take off the air breather piping depending on the model) there will be a 10mm bolt one each corner. take that cover off and the blower motor is mounted on the inside of it. bit of advice, if you are trying to change the blower motor... get the squirrel cage fans that go onto it(there should be 2 of them, and they are pretty cheap). because more likely than not they will break when trying to get them out.
if the condenser is full of dirt then you might wanna try blowing it out with a blow gun or shop vac it out. if you choose to blow it out, dust will blow out the vents inside the cab. but it will help to get better air flow through the vents
The blower motor resistor is located under the glove compartment in a black shroud.
The blower motor resister is located just below the blower motor to the left attached to the housing.........
under the dash. if you can find the blower motor then it should be right above that

On 03 silverados i belive the blower motor relay is internal to the blower motor resistor. i could be wrong though, check the underhood fuse/relay panel for one.
