There are 2. On each side, right above the oil pan rail, centered, you will see 2 plugs. 9/16ths inch head. When you pull them, you will have to lightly poke a screw driver in their, as they will probably be rusted over. Again, do this lightly, as you will be tapping on the outside of the cylinders, which will take a lot, but, just do not employ a leverage device, such as a hammer. Tapping the screwdriver with your hand, will do it.
The engine block coolant drain plug on 4.3 liter Chevy Blazer is located on the bottom of the engine, near the oil filter. It allows coolant to be completely drained from the block during maintenance.

On a 1993 Chevy 4.3-liter V6 engine, freeze plugs (also known as core plugs or expansion plugs) are typically located on the engine block. You can find them on the sides of the block, and there may also be one or two located on the rear of the engine. Their primary function is to allow for the expansion of coolant and to prevent the engine block from cracking in the event of freezing temperatures. If you're inspecting or replacing them, ensure that the engine is cool and drained of coolant.

should be located right above the #2 spark plug wire on the pipe that comes out of the block.
the temp sensor is located on the right side of the engine under the intake manifold on the engine block. Easiest access is from underneath. Location on engine: no special tools is need it to remove it
REMOVE ALTERNATOR FROM DRIVERS SIDE OF ENGINE BLOCK.
It is located in the side of the engine block close to the starter . it has a single wire connector and it screws into the water jacket. So be careful when you remove it because engine coolant will come out
The coolant drain plug is located on bottom corner of radiator facing engine.
