THE FUEL PUMP IS LOCATED INSIDE THE GAS TANK AND THE ACCESS POINT IS ON THE TOP OF THE GAS TANK.
The above stated the obvious but did not answer the question. The access panel is located in the trunk near the back seat. To remove the fuel pump it is easier to drop down the back seat section and work from this location.
