Front seat on the far right under the glove box. You have to remove the right cover and pull back the carpet. First remove the cover. Then the motor. There are 3 screws that hold it in. Remove the back one first since its the hardest. You may need to get a special screw driver if you don't have one that fits correctly. Some came with a socket style head also. When removing it you need to watch the angel as you pull it out. Its a tight fit and there is a time you think you will have to remove the whole unit. Not so. Just keep playing with it. Eventually you will get it out.
On a side note if the fan is not working you want to make sure the fan is the problem and not the resistor that send the voltage to it. Its mounted just behind the motor and a bit to the left. It the wire you had to disconnect to get the cover off.
