Normally located on the valve cover. It is somewhere on the uppermost part of the engine. Will have "Oil" written on the top of it. If you cannot find it, then you really have no business under the hood of your vehicle. Take it to a professional.

Under the seat there is the tank for the oil, with a cap on saying Motor Oil
The oil cap on a 1998 Chevy Blazer is located on the passenger side of the motor. It is just to the left of the manifold cover.

It is bolted to the rear main cap on the bottom of the engine. You will have to remove the oil pan to get to the oil pump.
Motor oil is added at an oil fill cap on the valve cover of most cars. Usually well marked " OIL " and about a 2" diameter threaded or pressed in cap. Transmission oil , in automatic transmissions is usually added thru the ATF dipstick tube.
Look on the cap, should be 10w 30
