on a 2001, it is on top of the steering column underneath the cowling around the column right at the base of the turn signal lever. 2 #1 Philips screws accessed from under neath the column and pull to release a couple of clips to remove the top and bottom cowling. the flasher is a small box on the back side of the turnsignal lever assembly. Tip: write top on the top before you pull it out.
