Any of the following could cause this........
1. Low on freon..
2. Condenser fan not working..
3. Compressor not coming on..
the vent selector inside the venting ducts is broke replace the flap
Yes your compressor comes when you set your thermostat to "Fan" setting and you have it on cool setting.
Most new homes do not come with a remote thermostat. If a new home has a remote thermostat it is because the owner has requested it when the house was built and is not a fad.
Thermostat setting may be same as room temperature ,therefore boiler will not ignite
Yes, gnats can come out of dirty air vents. Gnats can actually come from anywhere. They are very pesky creatures.
Dont know what the problem is but i can tell you its a vacuum leak . the vents are vacuum operated and require air pressure to change between the vents and floor. the defroster is default setting you may have a vacuum line that has come undone but all i know is its somewhere under the dash.
heater fan broken.
There are several different types of heat vents. Vents come in metals such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel, bronze, and brass.
Air not coming through your vents can be caused by several issues, including a clogged air filter, which restricts airflow, or blocked ductwork due to debris or obstructions. Another possibility is a malfunctioning blower motor or issues with the HVAC system itself, such as a broken fan or thermostat problems. Additionally, closed or sealed vents can prevent air from circulating effectively. Regular maintenance can help prevent these issues.
either your thermostat is bad or the flame sensor on unit is no good. it also can be a limit switch. if it lights and stays on for awhile but doesnt reach temperature then its thermostat. if it lights for 10 seconds it is sensor or limit switch.
the middle vents only supply air from the ac unit using a separate in dash fan. the floor and defrost vents come only from the heater
something has to be blocking the vents.
