if it is losing it thru the overflow pipe you need a new radiator cap
Undersoil heating involves the placement of warm water pipes underneath the field. Warm water is circulated through the pipes to keep the field from freezing or from icing over.
you put a water control system in it to cool it down or put it in a colder place.
It might be your headgasket but i'd start at the cheapest part check out your water pump.
I just changed a water pump in my '98 jeep that had all the blades rusted off !!! It was "slicing" the water, instead of pumping it.

2000 Pontiac grand am se keeps over heating I changed the water pump, the thermostat, radiator cap, head, and it is still over heating. make sure thermostat is going the right way , spring gose to the motor
