Oh, dude, your carburetor is blowing air out because it's probably not doing its job properly. Like, it's supposed to mix air and fuel for your engine, not just blow air out like it's auditioning for a hair dryer commercial. You might wanna get that checked out before your car decides it's a balloon animal and starts making weird shapes on the highway.
If the carb is blowing air OUT instead of sucking air in then you possibly have a bad intake valve. As the piston comes up then the air is forced out the intake valve and back thru the carb. Another possibility is that the timing chain or timing belt is broken and then the piston again is pushing the air out the intake valve. The definitive test would be to run a compression test.
Follow the intake air plenum from the air filter. It connects to the carburetor. The carburetor is mounted on the intake manifold.
Car not blowing air or heat
blowing cool air, is the air only in your mouth... warm air comes from your lungs. temperature also varies by how open your mouth is while blowing air out
2 ford mondeo not blowing hot air air con works
Most common problem is a dirty/clogged fuel filter restricting a good flow of fuel to the engine. Otherwise, the carburetor needs adjustment. Or, if the engine is blowing black smoke before it dies, check the spark plug and the air filter, or a too rich mixture from the carburetor.
cracked block , intake valve not sealing , cam out of time
Is the AC condenser in your system blowing cold air?
The most common cause of an air conditioner not blowing air is a plugged filter. Be sure your filter is clean.
air is blowing bat problem is no air com to front only in class
What do you mean by "has no heat"? No air blowing out, blowing out cold air when heater is on, blowing nothing at all? Heater not turning on? What specifically is happening?
A carburetor mixes air and fuel in appropriate proportions. Air and Liquid fuel are the inputs to the carburetor at different points of the carburetor. Due to suction created by the working engine , atmosperic Air is accelerated through the venturi in the carburetor. Accelerating Air sucks Fuel into the venturi at its center from a level regulated liquid fuel pot in the carburetor, due to the venturi action. (Bernoulli's Principle) During the process of sucking the fuel is atomised /becomes a mist , as it enters the venturi. The atomised fuel then evaporates and mixes with the air uniformly. This uniform gaseous mixture of fuel and air is the out put of the carburetor. This gaseous mixture then enters into engine cylinders for combustion.
