You probably have clutch issues. With the engine, and the E brake off, puthe car in 1st gear. Have some one rock it, or try to push it. While they are doing this, push the clutch to the floor. Doing this should istantly free the car up, to roll. If not, try adjusting the clutch. This is all assuming that the car will go into gear, when the motor is off. If not, then you probably have tranny issues to vast to list here.
