No start when wet indicates bad spark plug wires, failing coil or coil packs. To locate start car on dry day, raise engine hood, then mist with with garden hose (mist NOT SPRAY), if engine stalls you've found the problem part or parts.

Using a hand held spray bottle with a mix of salt water works also.
