It's very lean. Meaning, it's not getting enough fuel or it's getting too much air. DO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE ANY FURTHER UNTIL YOU SOLVE THE PROBLEM. You'll burn valves or pistons and it will be expensive to repair. It could be an EGR problem. It could be low fuel pressure. It could be sticking injector... whatever it is, fix it.
