It is important to drive the safe speed limit that is posted. A speeding ticket in Florida will add points to a North Carolina license.
A speeding ticket in Tennessee can affect your South Carolina driving license. South Carolina can choose to fine the driver, or suspend their license.
will I recieve points on my florida license for a ticket in south carolina
Yes it will. If the ticket is for more than 15 over the speed limit NC will suspend your license. You can hire a Florida ticket clinic to handle it for you.
A Virgina speeding ticket does transfer to your North Carolina driving record and may result in an insurance increase or suspension of your North Carolina license. If the speeding ticket is in excess of 15mph over the speed limit, it is an automatic suspension of your license. Normally, it is a good idea to contest every speeding ticket or at least be absolutely sure you know the consequences.
It may.
If your driving privileges had been suspended in FL it is surprising that you managed to get a NC license. HOWEVER, since you managed to get one, if you are stopped in FL you will still be charged with a violation, regardless of whether or not you have a valid NC license.
4 points
This depends on whether the state participate in a nationwide database known as the traffic citation automated transmittal system, better known as TCATS. It is unclear whether Georgia participates in this, but since it neighbors South Carolina, it is not difficult to transfer such points. It also depends on whether you were a South Carolina driver/resident at the time the Georgia ticket was issued. For example, if you were a Florida resident who accumulated six points, and then moved to South Carolina, where you were issued a drivers license (of course, in exchange for your Florida license), generally the points you received in Florida do not transfer to South Carolina. However, if the points do transfer from Florida, the points are cut in half in South Carolina.

Absolutely. It makes no difference where you get the violation, it automatically will flow to the state where your license is issued.
No.
You get the regular points and fines for the speeding tickets, but you have to take a $100 driver safety course and restart your provisional year of driving. If you get a point carrying ticket during the new year of provisional driving, your license will be suspended. So stop speeding.
