You have Chrysler 97 Concorde the problem is the your car runs only on 2nd gear and doesn't shift to 3rd gear engine make a lot of sound when you reach to speed 60 kmh need to buy new one?

If the vehicle is stuck in 2nd gear and does not change gears.... you more then likely have a bad speed sensor. The transmission is electronic and the 2nd gear is considered the " Safe" mode. Take it and have the transmission computer checked for codes.
