I had the same problem on my same model and year car. They replaced the ignition switch and that took care of it. Good luck!
It should be under the dash on the drivers side.
To reset the airbag light on a 2003 Hyundai Sonata, first, ensure the ignition is off. Then, disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait for about 10 minutes to reset the system. Reconnect the battery terminal and start the car. If the light remains on, there may be an underlying issue that needs to be diagnosed with an OBD-II scanner.

If you are referring to the Check Engine light then the bulb is either blown or has been blacked out on the dash by a crook.
That is perfectly normal. It keeps theives away and is a security light.
The brake light switch on a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon is typically located above the brake pedal, mounted on the brake pedal assembly. To access it, you may need to remove the under-dash cover on the driver's side. This switch is responsible for activating the brake lights when the pedal is pressed. If you're experiencing issues with your brake lights, checking this switch is a good starting point.
Front or rear, turn signal or reverse lights, dome light or dash? Most bulbs are stamped on them what they are. Most autoparts stores can tell you in about 2 minutes. good luck
