C1198 - IF this is the only code, check the connections at the wheel sensors, remove, clean and replace plugs, check wiring, and the ABS module. If this SINGLE code persists, replace the sensor, if that fails a new hub should solve it. These are common issues due to location of the sensor wires and the fact that they can be tugged at when turning a tight radius. Make sure wires are not charred or pulled form connector.

If you have a whole list of different ABS circuit codes: check the connections at the ABS module, these modules are known to fail but more common are the wiring/connection issues.
