Different part numbers.
Perhaps front rotors are "out of round" and need to be either re-surfaced or replaced
pull off the front wheels. remove the calipers. remove the two screws that hold on the rotors. replace the rotors and reverse the procedure.
The minimum brake rotor thickness for the front and back rotors on a 1992 Honda Accord is 21mm. Rotors which are below this thickness will not offer adequate or reliable braking.

take brakes off and calipers off, next rotors should come off easily.
The Honda Accord Coupe built in 1999 has 6.5 inch speakers in the front doors. These speakers have a depth of 2.9 inches depending on the exact interior package purchased.
It's the thing with the wire coming out of it that's sticking out the front of your exhaust manifold.
The fronts are 6 1/2" speakers and the rears are 6x9s.
Pull the tire and Remove the Brake caliper with the 2 bolts on the inner side top and bottom, the rotor will literally fall off unless it's rusted, then it'll take just a little tug.
