This is not recomended. Using a hand carwash or maybe washing it yourself would be more beneficial and would also be safer, as a hole can be formed by the sponges used in the car wash.
You can but the top is more than likely going to leak unless the Jeep is fairly new. Even then it may leak. I would not advise it.
It is not recommended that you take a Jeep Wrangler through a touchless car wash with the soft top on the Wrangler. You can go through the car wash with the hard top.
A hard top or soft top?

Tubifex worms breathe through their soft, thin skin that can take in dissolved oxygen.
Seafoam (the windblown residue from ocean waves) containes sea salt and as such is corrosive to a vehicle. Eventually it will damage all components with which it comes in contact. My advice: Take your vehicle through a good high pressure carwash.
Not only can you take it through a car wash, you can do it with the top down, then drive it into the nearest river up past the hood and it'll still run
You take the Jeep to a certified mechanic!
