yes it will work the cold air intake will produce enough back pressure thus causing a pssshhhh sound for the blow off valve if u hook it up inside the cold air intake system you will hear your bov working will not work on the out side of the C.I.A
It doesn't
They got it to work on a bike...
No
no, bov are mounted on turbos
Yes, the way they work is that cold air is denser. Whaen the dense cold air and fuel mix the bigger the explosion in the cylinder. The bigger the explotion the more horsepower.
Without it it's not needed. it's to vent excess boost.
A hot and cold mixer valve works by combining hot and cold water streams to achieve the desired temperature. The valve has two separate inputs for hot and cold water, which are mixed together based on the position of the handle or knob. By adjusting the ratio of hot and cold water flow, the valve regulates the temperature of the water coming out of the faucet or shower.
it won't work. they have different intakes.
The AEM Cold Air Intakes work really well and gain real power that you can feel. If you click the link you can find one for your Mitsubishi Lancer. Cheers, GPI Performance
A hot and cold water mixing valve works by combining hot and cold water streams to achieve a desired temperature. The valve has internal components that adjust the flow of each stream to maintain the set temperature. By controlling the ratio of hot and cold water, the valve regulates the overall temperature of the water in the plumbing system.
It's actually simpler than it sounds. There's a great article on TruckChamp.com's Air Intakes Learning Center called The Non-Gearhead's Guide to Air Intakes. It explains what it is, how it works, which is the best for your car, etc.
It needs a vacume line or your pipeing is blown. Or you dont have enough psi to make it work how you want.
