How to clean your own air ducts is to loosen the debris using motorized brushes and remove it by a vacuum without making a mess of the house. Dust, allergens (pollen, pet dander) and toxins (mold, mildew, rodent droppings) are commonly found in air ducts. If not handled properly, it will contaminate the home.
