On most front load machines there is a "Pause" option. This drains the water inside the washer and stops the spinning allowing a user to add extra items to the cycle. The user can then press the "play" or "resume" buttons and the cycle will resume where it left off. The doors on front load machines lock, b/c if someone was to open while a cycle was running water would go everywhere.
There is no separate washer fluid reservoir for the rear washer. It all works out of the front reservoir.
where is the rear windshield washer fluid kept ? where is the rear windshield washer fluid kept ?
Most of the times the washer fluid goes into the same resirvoir as the front.
According to the 2003 Ford Windstar owners manual : The washer fluid for the rear liftgate is supplied by the same reservoir as the front windshield
To use bleach in a top load washer, add the desired amount of bleach directly into the bleach dispenser or into the washer drum before adding clothes. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for the correct amount of bleach to use based on the size of the load and the concentration of the bleach. Close the lid, select the appropriate cycle, and start the wash cycle as usual.
To sanitize a front load washer, run an empty cycle with hot water and add a cup of white vinegar or bleach (make sure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines). After that, wipe down the rubber door seal, detergent drawer, and interior with a cloth soaked in a vinegar solution or a mild disinfectant. Leave the door open after use to allow moisture to escape, preventing mold and odors. Regularly check and clean the filter as well to maintain hygiene.
hi, I have a 1998 town and country AWD and I add rear washer fluid in the same place as the front wipers as they use the same bottle, Hope this helpsb
Both front and rear use the same reservoir under the hood. Both front and rear use the same reservoir under the hood.
I believe the windshield washer fluid container in the engine compartment serves front and rear on 2002 and newer 4 door Explorers
If you mean to add washer fluid, the washer tank is usually under the hood (bonnet in Britain) near the front of the car. If you're going to add fluid be sure you have the correct tank. You don't want to add washer fluid to the coolant tank. The washer tank sometimes has a picture of a windshield wiper on it or whatever symbol is on the control near the steering wheel that activates it. If you want to remove/replace the tank that's an entirely different matter. It is usually in the wheel well and you have to get at it from under the fender.
Open the detergent dispenser drawer located on the top left side of the washer. Add the appropriate amount of detergent for your load size in the designated compartment. Close the dispenser drawer and start the washing cycle.
