To calibrate the Sun CWB1855-3 wheel balancer, first ensure that the machine is on a level surface and powered on. Use a calibration weight or reference wheel to set the machine; follow the manufacturer's instructions to enter the calibration mode. Adjust the settings until the machine accurately reads the weight and balance of the reference wheel. Finally, confirm the calibration by running a test balance to ensure the readings are correct.
To calibrate a Nortron 7402-116 wheel balancer, first ensure that the machine is on a level surface and powered on. Next, select the calibration mode using the machine's control panel, then follow the prompts to input the required parameters, which may include wheel size and weight. Place a test weight on the balancer as instructed, and allow the machine to perform the calibration process. Once complete, confirm that the displayed values are accurate and adjust if necessary, following the manufacturer's guidelines.
To calibrate a Balco B 996 wheel balancer, first ensure the machine is level and on a stable surface. Next, run a self-test by following the manufacturer's instructions, usually involving selecting a calibration mode. Place a known weight on the balancer's spindle and adjust the settings until the displayed measurements match the known weight. Finally, check the calibration with additional weights to confirm accuracy before normal operation.

To calibrate the Sun CWB1855 wheel balancer, start by ensuring the machine is on a level surface and powered on. Then, select the calibration mode from the menu, and follow the on-screen instructions, which typically involve placing a standard weight on the spindle and confirming the readings. After the initial calibration, remove the weight and check that the machine returns to zero; if not, repeat the calibration process until accurate. Finally, verify the balance with a test wheel to ensure proper functionality.
To calibrate a FMC 5850 wheel balancer, first ensure that the machine is level and properly powered. Next, run the calibration procedure as outlined in the user manual, which typically involves using a standard calibration weight to verify accuracy. Follow the prompts on the display to complete the calibration, and check the results by balancing a known weight. Repeat the process if necessary until the readings are consistent and accurate.
To calibrate a Hofmann Geodyna 80E wheel balancer, first ensure the machine is placed on a level surface and powered on. Next, select the calibration mode from the menu, then use a certified calibration weight to balance the wheel and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm readings. Finally, check for any discrepancies and adjust the settings as necessary to ensure accurate balancing. Always refer to the user manual for specific calibration instructions and safety guidelines.
you need a wheel balancer for that
You will need to go through the passenger front wheel well (wheel off). Remove belt, remove pulley/balancer with a balancer puller tool. Air tools make this job MUCH easier.
Is made by snap on and is usually a john bean balancer with FMC name on it
