If the tiles are glossy like I have in my home, I Vacume up all the loose dirt, then use a non streaking class cleaner with paper towels, takes some time but looks great when finished

TO ELIMINATE THE STREAKS WHEN USING PAPER TOWELS, USE NEWSPAPER. NEWSPAPER DOESN'T LEAVE STREAKS, LINT, ETC. IT WILL TURN YOUR HAND BLACK FROM THE PRINT, BUT IT WORKS GREAT WHEN CLEANING WINDOWS, TILE, ETC. YOU CAN ALSO USE A MIX OF VINEGAR & WATER INSTEAD OF GLASS CLEANER.
