Mix a half a cup of lemon juice, a tablespoon of salt, a half a cup of vinegar and a cup of water. The combo eats through the oil. Or use a generic floor cleaner liquid like Mistolin or Fabuloso or Pine Sol with a half cup of rubbing alcohol thrown in. Or a degreaser. Or Gojo. It depends- the first one is if you are eating off that plastic, the rest aren't because the chemical residue that could be left from rinsing poorly would not be good to ingest.

Twist off the oil filler cap (the one marked with a picture of an oil can) and, unless you can pour it very accurately, use a clean plastic funnel to pour in 5w 30 grade oil - a bit at a time, checking the dipstick each time until the oil level reaches the top mark on the dipstick.
