Start with the front wheels in the straight ahead position.
Disconnect the battery then go for coffee to let the system discharge, this is so the air bag does not go off in your face.
Remove the steering wheel centre and air bag screws from the rear of the steering wheel. Remove the air bag.
Remove the nut retaining the steering wheel to the shaft.
Unplug all wiring that is still attached, be careful to not break the special latches.
Use a special steering wheel puller set to remove the wheel.
The clock spring should now be exposed and the replacement straight forward.
When plugging and unplugging be careful with the latches.
Reassembly is reverse of disassembly.
