Acetone is likely to damage the finish of your ceramic. It would be better to use an old credit card to scrape up as much of the wax as you can. When there is not much left, use a hair dryer to warm the wax. Press a dry paper towel onto the spot to soak up the melted wax. If there is any left, you can use a toothbrush and a little bit of cleaner to get the rest up.
