It depends on how many cylinders there are and how many of them are no good. Quite simply you can do this your self all you have to do is drain the oil and remove the valve cover loosen the rocker arm not remove and pull out the push rods and replace. once you replace them find the specs on how much clearance there between the bearing and rocker are and adjust to proper clearance. and them reassemble and check oil level add if necessary. If not it should not be but maybe 150 - 200$ that is including parts and labor and that estimate might be higher then what should be
