You have 3 choices in this situation. You can call a locksmith and have a key made. You can go to the dealership and have them make a key. You can have a new key and tumbler installed.

To change the ignition lock on a 1994 Isuzu pickup, first disconnect the battery to avoid any electrical issues. Remove the steering column cover by unscrewing the necessary screws, and then locate the ignition lock cylinder. Use a small flathead screwdriver to press the release tab on the bottom of the cylinder while turning the key to the "on" position, allowing you to pull out the old lock. Insert the new ignition lock cylinder and reassemble the steering column cover before reconnecting the battery.
You can have one made but it isn't cheap. Or replace the ignition lock with one from a junk yard. Though I had the same problem, new key $125, used lock $60, but found the key.
