There is a product called Natural Chemistry for oil. Other companies make something simular. ken
Did you remove oil sending unit and install a oil pressure gauge in it's place and read it so you can rule out the gauge in the dash and sending unit ? If not, then do it. Then if you don't have oil pressure. Remove the oil pan and check the oil pump pick-up screen to see if it is stoped up, if it is replace oil pump and screen. If it's not then replace oil pump and screen anyway.
Most pool pumps do not require oil, as they are designed to be self-lubricating. However, if your pump is noisy, it could be due to several factors, such as worn bearings, debris in the impeller, or issues with the motor. It's advisable to inspect the pump for any obstructions and consider consulting a professional if the noise persists, as it may indicate a need for maintenance or repair.
th purpose of an oil pump is to PUMP...OIL
Basically, it is behind the crankshaft pulley on the outside of the engine. To help visualize its' position, locate the oil filter mount. That is part of the oil pump. The timing belt, crank pulley, oil pan, and power steering pump must all be removed to gain access. Did you say you were thinking of replacing the timing belt anyway? Go for the water pump and belt tensioner too while you're at it.
Oil pumps don't normally wear out. If the oil pump is so worn that it cannot supply sufficient oil pressure, it's safe to assume the whole engine is worn out. Low oil pressure is usually the result of wear in the crankshaft, connecting rod, and cam bearings, not a worn oil pump. You wouldn't really notice any symptoms anyway, except low oil pressure and volume.
Remove the oil pan. The oil pump will be visible. Remove the oil pump pickup to. Remove the oil pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new oil pump.
the pressure of oil that the oil pump is pulling?
Probably a bit of corrosion there hit it with a bit of penetrating oil WD 40 or some thing and leave it for a few hours tap it with a hammer not too hard and try again
