I read on another website that people were trying white vinegar, althou normal vinegar should work, or bicarb of soda, about a teaspoon full on a hot wash?
Turps will do it.
Turps or kero wil move it

To eliminate the smell of turpentine, ensure good ventilation by opening windows and using fans to circulate air. You can also place bowls of vinegar, baking soda, or activated charcoal around the area to absorb odors. Additionally, washing surfaces with a mixture of soap and water or using an air freshener can help mask or neutralize the smell. If possible, consider using a natural odor eliminator like essential oils to create a more pleasant scent.
you wait till the acrylic paint is dry then u use turps to get rid of the clouded varnish :)
most pH indicators are polar, whereas turps is non-polar so it doesnt mix well

To remove turps from tarmac, start by blotting the area with absorbent materials like cloth or paper towels to soak up excess liquid. Then, use a mixture of warm soapy water and a gentle scrubbing brush to scrub the affected area. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and repeat if necessary. For stubborn stains, a specialized asphalt cleaner may be used, but always test it on a small, inconspicuous area first.
A methylated spirit or turps would get rid of it, but you might remove the design on it. Even so, i don't think there's much you can do or you can try nail polish remove that gets a fair few things off
