Misfire or bad motor mounts most likely but as with any problem there are other possibilities.
tires out of balance?
No
Most likely it is a belt on your car. Usually the squeeling is from a loose belt while idling and will also make noises while driving.
You're tires weren't balanced properly
If the engine is running it is using fuel.
if you do have gas in the car then it could be the idle control valve. it stops the engine from stalling when the car is stationary
Im betteing one of your motor mounts is broken and making the car shake. does the engine move when you gun it in neutral? ajust the idle of the car. The car has no idle ajustment it is controled by the PCM check the motor mounts and check your idle control motor. Also have you intake and plentium checked and cleaned also run some fuel injector cleaner every tank full. dirt420ba BE SAFE!!!!!
because you are still sitting iny our car instead of walking you are driving
TAke it to a garage as it could be several things and to guess is wasting money.
Sounds like you blew a cylinder in the engine.
The actual reason is that your eyes are telling your brain that you are moving, but the inner ears are telling your brain that you are sitting still. The brain cannot make sense of these opposing inputs, so it makes you dizzy and prone to vomiting.
Bent wheel, bent driveshaft, worn CV joint, or broken motor/transmission mount.
