You could try carefully scraping with a razor similar to how a body shop removes paint runs and then wet sand and polish the area with a high quality body shop polish. Ask at your local body shop or paint repair place for a quote if you don't want to attempt this yourself

You rub it off with a rough rag dipped in Goof Off. It will NOT damage car paint.

I wouldn't recommend it as super glue is a cyanoacrylate. Some super glues are used for sealing wounds but they are different to the super glue you by off the shelf at a hardwear store.
Nail polish remover will dissolve super glue.
You cannot get super glue off many porous or soft fabrics. It may be scraped off many shiny hard surfaces with a razor blade.
Goof Off works well for this and does not affect modern car paint finishes. -I've tested it on 3 types of cars.
Super glue or crazy glue is best.
