The spark timing might be too advanced. At high temperatures and RPM an advanced spark might cause preignition, and engine knock. That's only likely to happen if the engine is modified though.
Other than that, check the air and fuel filters are clean, as the harder the engine has to work the more a clean flow of both is important.
have front suspension checked
Possably the struts!!!!
Cylinder misfire. Possibly failed or failing engine mounts.
It can be very dangerous especially at high speeds in a curve. It causes the rear of the car to become very unstable.
A loud knocking noise in the motor of a car at high speeds is most likely the engine. There could be another issue with the transmission if the knocking only happens at high speeds.
wind noise
A car that is jerking at high speeds probably needs a tune-up. Barring any major mechanical issue, this will solve the problem.
islam.
one of the causes of all three symptoms is a bad fuel injector
Bad speed sensors can cause the car to hesitate when accelerating at speeds below 20 mph. The blockage of the air filters can also cause the car to hesitate when accelerating at speeds below 20 mph.
Slippage in the transmission or a bad torque converter
What causes a car to jerk while driving can be based on many factors. A car can sputter due to engine compression issues, bad transmission, engine misfire, bad spark plugs or even low fuel.
