Is clutch control using the accelerator and simultaneously using the clutch to control the speed of the car and coasting is when your car is still moving but your foot is off the gas peddle completely but you're of the clutch peddle to slow down????
Of course you are coasting. The clutch has disengaged the transmission (no matter what gear) from the engine.

The main an obvious difference is that there is not clutch assembly and control knob on the base of the hoover. The clutchless models are for carpets only whereas the clutch models are for all floor types. The clutchless model although is for carpets only, can also clean other types of floor.. the only negative is the noise as the brush is always on unlike the clutch models.

I don't believe so. Coasting is basically doing the same thing as driving, only you're not on the gas pedal. If you're driving a manual, then it's basically driving in neutral assuming you're on the clutch.

Most likely IAC Idle Air Control valve/motor. You can try paking it our and cleaning it. They are expensive from Mitsu but after market ones exist for half the price. I think its the same part used on a Eclipse but check with a parts person.
vehicle wise, a clutch is to help you change gears and the accelerator is to accelerate the vehicle in the preferred direction (forwards/ Backwards). in a car the clutch is normally the foot pedal on the left and the accelerator is on the right. Both of the pedals are on either side of the break.
200x is the sportier of the two. It has a manual clutch and chain driven. 250sx (there was no 200sx) is more of a sport/utility trike. It has an auto clutch and shaft drive.

the clutch sliping is normally due to worn friction material and if the car judders when the thumping takes place like its about to stall this is most likely the problem caused by coasting alot or just age and normal wear might need a new clutch answer if clutch is slipping, have it adjusted, but with thumping noise and slipping , u need a new clutch get it doe before you need to be towed
