check fuses and relays..then connectors, then electric motors...but could be something binding the seat...like a bag of Mcdonalds trash...:)

Everyone should have a manual for their vehicle, and the local library should have a professional shop manual available to make copies of for FREE...make the time to take time to read up on your vehicle, and work like the PRO'S! Good luck :)

To fix the seat on the Jimmy you will have to pull up the driver side front carpet and check the splice for the seats and lumbar support. Water gets under the carpet and the splices fail.
