You have a misfire. Check the coil packs. If the first answer don't help also check your spark plugs and check your motor mounts and if that not it get you exhaust checked or do a compression test.

There are several things that can cause your 1995 Chevrolet Blazer to shake when accelerating. Bad spark plugs and spark plug wires can cause the vehicle to shake. Tuning up the engine may eliminate the problem.

I would assume that the car is not getting enough gas to the engine when at idle. Is it try to cut-off when at a stop. Check the fuel fliter, maybe put better gas into the car (mid-grade) or better.
